Cancellation Policy

Homeopathy Family Care requires that you put a card on file for contactless payments. This helps keep both you and us safe, as well as spend more time with you, rather than taking a payment after your session.

 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a ***48 hour notice*** CENTRAL STANDARD TIME for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than ***48 hour notice*** CENTRAL STANDARD TIME, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
